Our total garment technology solution provides everything you need in-house to fulfil your order; from sourcing your garments to processing your design ready for decoration; we can even finish your garments to your own specifications ready for packaging.
Screen Printing
Scotshirts has two printing presses dedicated to producing quality multi-colour designs, of which five are semi-automatic presses capable of producing large volume work of up to 14 colours. For the production of sample or shorter bespoke print runs, we have three manual presses operated by our experienced printers. All origination is undertaken in-house to ensure every project is carefully managed to deliver guaranteed quality.
Embroidery
Our dedicated in-house embroidery team is ready to turn your detailed design into a remarkable badge, logo or crest for a wide variety of applications. Creating a digitised version of your logo or design it is then ready for production, your design can be applied to work-wear, school uniforms, sports clothing, baseball caps and a wide range of merchandise. Our embroidery machines can accommodate logos or badges up to 12 inches in size and make light work of up to 25,000 stitches.

Heat Transfer Process
The increasing demand for personalised clothing make this service ideal for businesses involved in sports, leisure and promotional wear. From diamante studs, foil application, vinyl cut/litho/screen printed transfers, there are so many alternative ways which involve the heat sealing process.
A comprehensive range of colours and finishes are available and transfers can be printed in single or multiple colours, and can be applied to a variety of garments as well as consumables such as mugs, coasters, mouse mats and much more.

With our 30 years experience in T-Shirts designs, we know what works to make your brand stand out. Our in-house design team can help with the initial creation of designs; from music festivals, souvenir t-shirts to charity t-shirts we have designed it all.

Headwear
Scotshirts produce high quality embroidered headwear solutions over a range of headwear including baseball caps, beanies, summer hats and much more. We can also provide heat transfer, and screen printed alternatives dependent on your budget and requirements.
Relabeling, Packaging and Bagging
Thanks to our in-house expertise, we can handle every aspect of your order to deliver a faster, more efficient process. We can remove and replace labels with your own brand. Shirts can be individually bagged and/or ratio packed to keep stock clean and packaged in the correct size breakdowns. Garments can also be swing tagged ready for immediate display.
